To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from schools with online programs.

Our analysis found University of South Florida - Main Campus to be the most popular school for nursing students who want to pursue an online bachelor’s degree in the Southeast Region . Located in the large city of Tampa, USF Tampa is a public school with a fairly large student population.

About 87% of the students majoring in nursing at the school are women while 13% are male.

Nursing majors at USF Tampa take out an average of $27,078 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $181.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Nova Southeastern University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Popular Online Nursing Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region list. NUS Florida is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the suburb of Fort Lauderdale.
