To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from the Public Health program at each school on the list.

Our analysis found The University of Texas at Austin to be the most popular school for public health students who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree in the Southwest Region . Located in the city of Austin, UT Austin is a public college with a very large student population.

About 79% of the students majoring in public health at the school are women while 21% are male.

Public Health majors at UT Austin take out an average of $19,805 in student loans while working on their Bachelor's Degree. When it comes time to repay the loan, graduates who are on a 10-year repayment plan pay an average monthly payment of $274.
