Ocean County College came in at #21 in this year’s edition of the Most Popular Healthcare Basic Certificate Schools in New Jersey ranking. OCC is a public institution located in Toms River, New Jersey. The school has a medium-sized population, and it awarded 15 basic certificates in 2020-2021.
