Located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, the medium-sized public school awarded 125 diplomas to qualifed basic certificate students in 2020-2021.
The average in-state tuition and fees for students at Montco is $10,350. If you are from out of state, expect to pay an average of $14,970. Of those students who received their degree, 94% were women.

The excellent basic certificate programs at Community College of Allegheny County helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the most popular healthcare schools in Pennsylvania. Community College of Allegheny County is a fairly large public school located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that handed out 99 basic certificates in 2020-2021.

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania is a medium-sized public school located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania that handed out 45 basic certificates in 2020-2021.
