To create this ranking we looked at how many students graduated from each school on the list.

Our analysis found Liberty University to be the most popular school for healthcare students who want to pursue a master’s degree in the Southeast Region . Lynchburg, Virginia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out master’s degrees to 1,585 students in 2020-2021.

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is a large public school located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina that handed out 617 master’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Frontier Nursing University ranked #9 on this year’s Most Popular Healthcare Master’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region list. Frontier Nursing University is a private not-for-profit institution located in Hyden, Kentucky. The school has a small population, and it awarded 607 master’s degrees in 2020-2021.
